Joe Barnes had a bit of local knowledge on where were good places to ride and film. We headed up to the north face of Ben Nevis which is more accessable to climbers than walkers. After a small hike we made it to a rescue station which would be our starting point.

Like Nan Beald it was a pick your own path back down sort of affair with big moving rocks everywhere. I made it down this first section fine but as we got to the gravelly turns I had a rubbish tyre on (im not going to name but it was pants!) and it gave way when I hit a turn! OOOOPS I hit the deck pretty hard and have some pretty impressive gravel rash...EVERYWHERE! Sadly I missed the second day of filming at Kinlochleven but hope the guys had fun and get some awesome footage.
