Mel is Mojo's politest member of staff, with a phone manner which could convince a Bengal tiger to be happy with cat biscuits (sometimes useful with Mojo's other less diplomatic staff pouring coals on fires all over the shop!). It's not all Sweetness and light in Mel-land, she loves nothing more than debiting your cards at the end of the day!!! Ha, ha, ha....
