At the front you can see the despatch department where items are booked in and assigned an individual ref number before being worked on, invoiced and despatched back out ready to hit the trail again.
In order to keep concentration levels high, we moved the tea-making facilities upstairs into the staff kitchen, less chance of being distracted by a shiny kettle...
we have been forced to take on new space in the next door industrial unit because we have new staff and needed more bench space. The benches have moved into the space under the mezzanine where the old large and small parts store used to live.
Large parts... Now living in the new 3,000 sq/ft warehouse (am I allowed to use imperial measurements? hee, hee...)
Shocks and springs are all laid out in size and model order and they too are in the new warehouse where we have room to be neat!
and small parts... drawers and drawers of tiny little pieces of Fox shocks and forks, a nightmare at stockcheck time!
