We are the UK's only FOX authorised warranty and service centre.
Call us first when you have any service or warranty queries or simply if you need to know anything about your Fox mountain bike suspension. We are famous for our fast turnaround times and parts inventory.
If you’re ready to get your Fox Suspension serviced by us then we recommend using our online booking system which you can find here. For maximum convenience, by using our online booking system you are given an estimated lead time and automatic updates by email and text messages throughout the service process. New users will need to create an account which should only take a few minutes, once your account is created you can book service jobs. Once booked you’ll be given a booking ID (remember to book each item being sent!) which you send back with your packaged shock/fork.
